I have a lot of small itchy red bumps on my belly that steady one. Would you have an allergy to something like a fabric softener?

My mother had something similar. Very itchy. As the substance of the pants would be irritating to sensitive skin. Belts are also similar symptoms (if you really press, and is cheap) in quality.
