I have a white and Old English Bulldog puppy is deaf, and I saw the placement of a white boxer puppy found in a shelter. He's deaf, too! All puppies are blue-eyed, deaf white?

I think if it is understood that the white dog blue eyes, not to dictate deafness. However, if rarely, as the boxer and his white bulldog, is a very good choice, they are deaf. Other breeds that are prone to deafness, are Chihuahua & Jack Russell terrier. I had 2 deaf dogs, 1 because of their age and on 1 Born in this way. Once you are trained, they are great pets. Watchdog is not so!

No, there is a genetic defect that causes deafness, blue eyes, white skin. If it's just a normal genetic constitution of dogs with white skin and blue eyes, deaf. If it an issue in which they are.
Many dogs and some white cats with blue eyes are deaf. Like real human albinos with blue eyes can be boring. Guide Dogs odd (1 blue and 1 green eyes), white cats and humans may be deaf in one ear.

My dog is white, but has an eye patch and small brown spots on the skin without the skin.
